Ahh I've been a hey arnold fan since I was a little girl. I remember watching the show really late at night for me, probably 8 or 9, and it was a special. I was in my parents bed because they had a tv.
I tried to stay up, but I fell asleep and then woke up in my bed. I'm now an adult, at the age of 18. I've been a long time fan of Hey Arnold and recently got a netflix to watch them all. Then I watched the movie on another site because I didn't feel like waiting a day.
I watched all 5 seasons, and the movie. Only to be dissapointed beyond belief that it ended in a cliff hanger. I then discovered that since I'm iin the US that Netflix didn't have the episode "Parents day" available for me. I then searched youtube and YAY One last bit of Hey arnold to watch.
I'm afraid, like most of my childhood favorites, that Hey Arnold.. won't be returning.
They might show repeats of reruns... MAYBE even show an episode they hid for unknown reasons during the "90s are all that" thing on Teennick..
but sadly its.. been years. long, long years. Things have changed, and so have the programming for Nick.
Todays kids won't appreciate Hey Arnold. Its really sad. And now that they've kind-of pissed in our faces with the "90s nick is back" they probably think thats all that is needed. Its unfortunate and depressing but I think we'll forever be in a cliff-hanger. I saw.. a dreadfull suggestion that they don't continue the series but make a "all grown up" version of it. "All grown up" was a disgusting fail of Rugrats and should've ended after the movie and not made into a series. I remember being very little on vacation and having my friend record it back home on a VCR. <-- HA.
We figured out the channels with the hotel room though.
Thats besides the point. I had older sisters so naturally all my life I've grown up with nick shows. I miss them terribly and thank heavens I have netflix..
:/ My favorites were curly and brainy. Especially curly.
I'm surprised the community got Nickelodean to bring back the 90's reruns.. but whats the use when you can watch it online?
